Plas Newydd

The composition is what caught my attention whilst positioning the camera to take this shot. The bridge is the centre of interest framed and only just visible between the branches. This photography needed to be in black and white in my opinion because of the strong intense shades and contrast created by the natural lighting.

With this photograph it's the contrast between the tall large trees and the small figures on the left hand side which interests me. I find it to be a very idealistic romantic photo with the park bench and beautiful scenery.

What I like about this photograph is the perspective, the way the branch appears to be disappearing into the sea. The image has an element of mystery to it the falling seaweed making the branches almost unrecognisable.

This photograph is very effective in black and white because it adds to the ageing effect, this tree is obviously ancient.

What I like about this photograph is how the petals on the centred flower are open wide unlike the surrounding flowers.

With this photograph I was trying to effectively use the focus to highlight the detailing of the centre of the flower, in this particular image the centre is very sharp.
